IT Support & Help Desk for Surrey Businesses

A help desk that picks up, fixes most problems remotely while you wait, and sends a technician to your office when it can’t.

// Overview

IT Support That Answers the Phone

When something stops working, your staff need a person, not a ticket number that sits for three days. Our help desk handles the everyday problems that eat into a Surrey workday: a laptop that won’t connect to the printer, a locked Microsoft 365 account, a slow computer, a new hire who needs everything set up by Monday.

Most issues are fixed remotely while the caller is still on the line. If remote support can’t solve it, we book a technician to your office anywhere in Surrey, from City Centre to Campbell Heights, and out across the Lower Mainland. Small business IT support works best when someone already knows your setup, so every client has documented systems and one point of contact.

Call 604-359-5284 and describe what keeps going wrong. We’ll tell you how we would fix it.

// What’s included

What IT Support Includes

Help desk by phone, email and portal

Your team reaches a technician who can see your documented setup. No call centre script, no hand-offs to strangers.

Remote support

Secure remote sessions fix most problems in minutes: software errors, printers, email, Wi-Fi, permissions and slow machines.

Onsite visits

When hardware fails or a problem needs hands on, a technician comes to your office anywhere in Surrey and the Lower Mainland.

Monitoring and patching

Every computer and server is watched around the clock, with Windows and app updates applied on a schedule that suits your hours.

New staff and leavers

We set up new employees with a laptop, accounts and access, and shut off everything the day someone leaves.

Asset and licence tracking

A current list of every device, warranty and licence, so renewals and replacements never catch you by surprise.

// Why us

Why Surrey Businesses Choose Our Help Desk

Response targets in writing

Your agreement states how quickly each kind of issue gets picked up. Critical problems jump the queue.

Local technicians

Onsite support comes from the Surrey side of the river, not a drive in from Vancouver at rush hour.

Documentation you own

Passwords, network diagrams and setup notes are kept up to date and belong to you, not us.

Plain English

We explain what went wrong and what we changed, so the same problem doesn’t come back.

// Process

How Getting Started Works

The same four steps for every new client, whichever service you start with.

  1. Assess

    A free IT assessment: devices, network, Microsoft 365, backups and security, rated red, amber or green.

  2. Plan

    A written proposal with one monthly price, response targets, what’s included and a list of fixes in priority order.

  3. Onboard

    We secure accounts and backups first, document everything, then install monitoring. Usually two to four weeks.

  4. Support & improve

    Day-to-day help desk and onsite support, plus regular reviews so your IT keeps up with the business.

// FAQ

IT Support & Help Desk Questions

Do you offer remote and onsite IT support?

Yes. Most problems are solved remotely, which is faster for you. When something needs hands on, such as failed hardware, cabling or a new office setup, a technician visits your office anywhere in Surrey or the Lower Mainland.

Can you support our staff who work from home?

Yes. Remote and hybrid staff get the same help desk and the same security. We manage their laptops wherever they are, and set up secure access to company files without a clumsy VPN where possible.

Do you fix home or personal computers?

No. We only support businesses and their staff. That focus is why our technicians know business systems such as Microsoft 365, line-of-business apps, networks and servers inside out.

// Free IT assessment

Find out where your IT really stands.
