Microsoft 365 & Cloud Services in Surrey

Email, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive set up securely and supported day to day, and servers moved to the cloud only where it actually makes sense.

// Overview

Microsoft 365, Set Up the Way It Should Be

Almost every Surrey business we meet already pays for Microsoft 365. Far fewer use what they pay for, and many are missing the basics: MFA turned off, everyone an administrator, files shared with “anyone with the link”, and a SharePoint that nobody can find anything in.

We set up and support Microsoft 365 so it is secure and easy to use: the right licence for each person, Teams and SharePoint organized around how your business works, devices managed through Intune, and email protected. When you are ready to retire an old server, we plan the cloud migration carefully and move files, email and apps without losing a weekend’s work.

// FAQ

Microsoft 365 & Cloud Questions

Which Microsoft 365 plan does my business need?

Most small businesses do well with Business Standard for desktop apps, or Business Premium if they want built-in device management and advanced security. Business Premium includes Intune and Defender for Business, which covers much of what cyber insurers ask for.

Can you move us from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365?

Yes. Email, calendars, contacts and Drive files can all be moved. We migrate in stages and switch mail over after hours so nothing is lost.

Should we get rid of our server?

Sometimes. File servers often move neatly to SharePoint and OneDrive. Line-of-business apps, large design files or manufacturing systems can be better kept on-site or moved to Azure. We cost both options before you decide.
