Business Network, Wi-Fi & VoIP in Surrey

Firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi that reaches the back of the warehouse, cabling done neatly, and business phones that just work.

// Overview

The Network Everything Else Runs On

When the network is slow or drops out, everything stops: the accounting system, the phones, the card terminal, the shop-floor scanners. Many Surrey businesses run on a consumer router from years ago, a tangle of unlabelled cables and Wi-Fi that dies halfway across the building.

We design, install and manage business networks: a proper firewall, managed switches, Wi-Fi access points placed by survey rather than guesswork, and structured cabling done neatly and labelled. For phones, we set up VoIP systems that move with you, ring on desk phones, laptops and mobiles, and cost less than the old lines. Moving offices? We plan the move so you’re working on day one in the new space.

  • Wi-Fi drops in certain rooms or at the back of the warehouse.
  • The router came from your internet provider and nobody has logged into it since.
  • Guests and staff share one Wi-Fi network with the same password.
  • Cables are unlabelled, and nobody knows which port goes where.
  • One internet outage stops everything, including phones and payments.
  • Equipment is more than five years old or out of support.

  3. Onboard

    We secure accounts and backups first, document everything, then install monitoring. Usually two to four weeks.

// FAQ

Network, Wi-Fi & VoIP Questions

Why is our office Wi-Fi so slow?

Usually it’s too few access points, consumer equipment, interference from neighbours or old cabling. A Wi-Fi survey shows exactly where coverage drops and what will fix it.

Can we keep our phone number if we switch to VoIP?

Yes. Existing business numbers can be ported to a VoIP system. We schedule the port so calls keep ringing through during the change.

Do you install network cabling?

Yes, for offices, clinics and warehouses across Surrey and the Lower Mainland. Larger cabling projects are quoted after a site visit.
